You know I’m always encouraging you to be gentle with yourself — not just because it feels better (and it always does!), but because you’ll get a lot more done that way.
It’s so easy to get impatient with yourself. You know those voices in your head that say, “Hurry up! You’re taking forever with this.” Or, “How do you expect to get through this to-do list at the rate you’re going?”
